Liam Koen, born on January 7, 2004, is a South African rugby union player who primarily plays as a fly-half. He stands 1.79 meters tall and weighs approximately 97 kilograms.

As the son of former Springbok fly-half Louis Koen, Liam has rugby in his lineage. In 2024, he was selected for the Junior Springboks, South Africa's Under-20 national team. He made his debut during the World Rugby U20 Championship, starting in the opening match against Fiji at Cape Town Stadium.
